Very grateful to those that made the effort to help. Hopefully when we have new owners next summer lots of those that have either been frozen out or walked away will feel part of their football club once more.We may see more turning up to help. And don't let it be discounted that people have to go to work. And spend 9 months of Saturdays away from their family's watching this football club. Well done once again.

Great effort, glad there was a good turnout

Let  yourself down a bit though with that post although it probably highlights how the inner sanctum view other people who dare to think differently.

I'm hurt what you have said there. Not my words..

Work has to be done,  if you like what is going on or not.
Alty is a non league club as most of you know is run by volunteers.

I know who you are Bryan, you hardly need to be Alan Turing to work it out mate!

Read it again in the morning, nothing to get hurt about (Strawberry fields?).

Tamworth has been talked to death but I'm not sure if any of the players deserved your support.  They were culpable of dragging our great football club to a level where we play working mens clubs, they should go down in history, have their faces put in the CSH and shown to other players as an example of how not to represent our club.   Some of them should have been tarred and feathered, they got off very lightly from what I can see.

You might just want to forget it all and pretend everything is OK but deep down it really isn't, there is a hell of a lot of work to do off the pitch and sniping at people when you've helped out won't help that work at all.

Even if it makes you feel better.

As I say, great work in helping out though.

Fantastic post! Fair play to Bryan and the others for helping out but you've really not helped the perceived us versus them situation with your little jibe.

let myself down,
Never
That is the one thing my 3000 members might disagree with you. I have fought through thick and thin for my people.

I have also  NEVER let my club down.

Alan Turing , not in the same league as that brilliant guy.
Don't get me started on that one

Why do posters have to Hide  behind a name.
Have they no confidence in what they say ??

I have for the last two hours tried to put in words for what I think, but I just think it's a lost cause.
I have used quotes from other people , happy clappers etc, but still get shot down.
We have all got to pull together, but  I truly  believe that some want us to go bust..

You know me Mark, as a true and loyal supporter., ( not in some people's minds),
This is my ONE and only club, through thick and thin,   I do my best to help this club, being good days or bad days.
Alty till I die
COME ON YOU ROBINS............Love that on the shirts👍

This thread should have been put to bed around the same time as the original poster by the sounds of it.

Drunken rant. We've all done it. Let's move on
