Slightly off topic but after 25 years of driving up and down the M6 every week to watch Alty, my family are re-locating back to Cheshire next month from Worcestershire.
I have been lucky to have a group down here to play 5 a side with every week, and need my bout of weekly exercise when I relocate.
Not anything wildly competitive, we just have a group ranging from 14 to 60 years in age that play amongst ourselves.
Anyone do something similar already that I can tag on to, or anyone want to start something if we can get enough numbers?

I'm sure you'd be welcome at the Altrincham Supporters Team's training sessions. Monday nights between 20:00-21:00 at Timperley Sports Club.

I second Andrew's suggestion.

There is a varying ages between 18 and 40. We get a minimum of 7 a side usually but can go up to 12 (pitch side changing). No commitment required to play weekly.
