It certainly presents a bigger challenge now than it did last time....and there's still tomorrow night to worry about !

Again?

I think we had a good rapport with some of their fans last time. It'll all be friendly when they dump us out

Was there for FA Vase v Atherton last year. Still a very friendly club. Yes, they were much much better than the last time we met. For an hour they bombarded Atherton's goal before completely falling to pieces late on - should be fun.

Never mind all that, the key issue is whether Eric's Chippy is still going...

Not forgetting your replay, it will be great to see you lads again, it's a while since we were over for a visit, a cracking draw for us, I'd like to think we'r better prepared to give you a game this time. We'v improved a lot since our last meeting, where as ( no disrespect ) after 2 relegations Alty probably haven't, hope your all coming for a little refreshment before the game 😀,,
Oh and Eric sold up,, to a stingy Scotsman who counts the chips,, Best of luck in your replay

Please God, no - would make it well nigh impossible to get up there to see the game in person!

York and Salford, surely.

Nice tie but if we get get through (and its a big if) we will get hammered. No fight, bottle or nous in this team. I'm sure Shildon with have plenty

They may be reluctant to show South Shields again, having covered them recently, although that never seems to stop the BBC from showing Salford, who I expect they will cover.

If we get through, which I still think we will, not that it's a given, I could really do without such an early start.

Surrendering a three goal lead against Abbey Hey is obviously appalling but I'm not sure I agree with you Mr. Octopus.

Nantwich - after a horrendous opening day result we went a goal and man down, only to fight back and salvage a point at the death.
Coalville - after surrendering a two goal lead we kept our composure and bottle to go on and win 4-2.
Witton - with a makeshift defence, and obviously knackered in the boiling heat, we dug deep to shut them out.

Not sure what else you're after at this stage in the season?
