I think you’ll find Warrington lost 2-0. Workington also lost at Witton. So we are now second. As Shaw Lane are in the FAC this weekend if we beat Halesowen at home we will go top on Saturday.

A point well earned against a hard working Whitby team. Never really hit our stride apart from the first 15 mins or so but if they play like that not many will come away from there with anything.

Big win on saturday and hopefully we can kick on from there and pull away.

To be honest I'd have taken a point before kick-off - Whitby aren't the worst team in the league by any means, good home record and - after Workington - another dreadful place to go in midweek.

Save for Marine (and the odd rearrangement) we shouldn't have to do too many more - I'd fancy our chances to win most of our remaining games. Come on Alty.
