I'm pretty clear with everyone up to the final third of the pitch.

Thompson
Disney
Short
Harrison
Hannigan
Moult
Richman
Poole

The front 3 is still a bit of an issue for me. I just think that for every 4-6 goal game we have, there is a nil in us. That worries me.

JJ is a must for me.

I'll be more convinced by the forwards when/if we start scoring goals and winning away from home. For me, we're just lacking consistency up front. Like you oneedham, I'm hopeful for Miller, but also Omotola - just something missing at the moment. Guess I've seen too many nils.

Hancock 12 goals scored from 23 matches playing on the wing
Miller not played for 12 months

Really???

Again..I said "if' everyone is fit, in an ideal world and playing to their best.
Hancock is a better player than Miller in any position they could both play in.

Miller was a bright spark in our worst ever team we ever had and was given a contract as a panic reaction because we expected Doughty to be in charge long term

On the other hand Hancock is an integral part of what we hope to be a title winning team. Also on target to score 30 goals from the wing. Lets drop him???

Thompson
Bembo-Leta, Harrison, Hannigan, Short
Richman, Moult
Hancock, Poole, Johnston
Hulme

Picks itself if I'm honest

Spot on

Absolutely this team.

Tough for Hancock as he's more effective left than right - but JJ  <3

Yes, that's the best current team, which is also very tough on the likes of Peers who would have walked into last season's team.

Based on what I've seen this season:

Thompson
Densmore, Harrison, Hannigan, Short
Richman, Moult,
Hancock, Poole, Johnston
Hulme

Tough on Bembo Leta and Peers. BL has done well from what I've seen but think he can be too slow and labored in possession at times which doesn't suit our quick passing/movement playing style. Peers hasn't really let us down either but think he may be one of those players who is most effective as an impact sub.

What a difference a year makes though, there is great squad depth now.

Agree with this selection, and the reasoning behind it.

If Hampson continues to do well there's also possibly a chance to put a deal together for him at a later stage which is good - especially if Short proves himself to be unavailable too often.
