Travel to Stourbridge.

Although a week off Stourbridge have suggested an alternative route due to works on the M5. The route advised goes through Wolverhampton passing very close to Molineux.
Stourbridge inform us that Wolverhampton Wanderers are away, they are in fact at home against Nottingham Forest. So it may be advisable to find another alternative route.

There is no alternative route that doesn't involve a large detour. You could go along the 54 to telford then down the 442 to Sutton Maddock then at the island head for Dudley, turn rt at Himley traffic lights  then head down 449 to next big island and take 491 to Stourbridge, this will completely by pass Wolverhampton and to take you directly to the ground, but the road from Sutton Maddocks to Himley isn't good for coaches hope this helps

Train from Stockport via Wolverhampton is an option. For those that way inclined Stourbridge has about 7-8 pubs in the Good Beer Guide in the town centre. Happy ticking! We’ll be steaming in early doors via New Street from that London.

Cheaper via Crewe and Smethwick GB, looking forward using a Parry People Mover for the first time
