Pretty mild day and apparently the sun's coming out later as well. Fingers crossed.

Looking promising, thanks in advance to all that have worked on the pitch to get us where we are now today.

Seconded! A performance like the first half last Tuesday would reward their efforts suitably - and a consistent electricity supply this evening would do the same!

Good news that the club states the game will go ahead.
Well done to all who work on the pitch.
See you tonight. ;)

Maybe before the season is out there could be a bucket collection to buy the pitch guys a beer or three.

Good idea. They have spent hours of graft trying to sort the pitch out.

Two hours of partial sunshine and 9 degree temps between now and KO. Bring on the Alty.

Don't want to be too negative. Peers certainly stepped up second half. Hulme and Harrop gave their all.
However it was clear that we needed Richman alongside Harrop at half-time. He should have taken Moult off much sooner.
Dens needs to come back in for White, not all impressed with White. Glad to see Hannigan come on for Jones.
It was a bad night and it does worry me that against teams that play high tempo and get in our faces we struggle. They aren't as good as Warrington but play a similar way.
Second half we maybe should have gone 3 at the back with Dens and Hampson as high wing backs. Then had Harrop,Richman and Poole (slightly forward ) in centre mid with JJ behind Hulme.

Oh dear. I don’t think anyone saw that coming though Workington have generally been a bogie team for us over the years. From the RR commentary sounded a bit like one of those nights for us & maybe another team raising their game against us. Still with Warrington failing to win at Stafford it could have been worse. Focus now on Shaw Lane vs Stalybridge on Thursday night. Fingers crossed for an away win.

As dreadful as the defending was, he decision making in the final third was woeful.

Felt sorry for Hulme who worked his arse off with no help from the officials.

Could have been a whole lot worse but other results haven't been to damaging.

Massive reaction needed on Saturday.
