They are offering their fans free bus travel on twitter

They often do so. It's actually free seats on the team coach. Their home gate on Saturday was 172 including a few from Nantwich. Ecky has told them they can't bring their drum.

Very tinpot. For me the players and management should always be on their own separate coach.

They did that when the original game was scheduled - I think they were offered spare seats on the team coach.

Got themselves a new manager sharpish - Chris Willcock, ex-Glossop.

Finnquark just beat me to say they have appointed a new manager very quickly; Chris Willcock, who formerly managed Rossendale, Salford (when they didn't have their current riches), Winsford, Woodley, Mossley and Glossop.
He was very successful at Glossop, but it seems a move away from their former policy of appointing young, up-and-coming managers.

I predict a 3-1 win for us in front of 589.

Raining heavily here in Hartford. Forecast to dry up about 11am. Big game tonight surely a better crowd than sub 600. Wish I could go but can't, anniversary of my dad's passing so will need to be with my mum. Good luck and come on Alty.

Here in Timperley it's drizzling slightly, but looks as if we had quite a bit of overnight rain. Don't see a problem unless we get a serious downpour later.

Was at the club last night, pitch looked pretty good.

Still drizzling, but the dry weather over previous days should mean pitch is OK.

Looking forward to the game tonight, hopefully England on the Telly won't put people off coming along. Need to get behind the team from the off.

Now raining steadily, but predicted to be dry after lunch. I'm expecting the new manager to get something out of his squad.

We win 1-0 with a JJ penalty. The rain + England + two Dingles and a dog cuts the gate to 511.

It's bad enough watching a competitive England match, never mind a friendly.

Come on Alty.

Wouldn't watch England if they played in the back garden.

I would rather watch Alty when they were sh*t last season than watch an England game.
