Never has so much damage been done in such a short time by anyone

The damage was started by Grahame Rowley appointing Neil Tolson.

Correct, and don't forget that Neil Young resigned without a contract payout, rather than being sacked, thus doing Grahame Rowley a big favour, as there seemed to be no intention whatsoever to sack him. He has also done a good service since as a convenient scaoegoat for everything which has gone wrong.

I agree it has been done to death....

but it will continue to rear it's ugly head until the chairman steps down but as proved by his answer to my question at the forum he doesn't get it.....the toxic undercurrent will continue until he does I'm afraid and no-one likes it.
