I promised the General I would never share the infamous Cheshire senior cup final footage 🙄. Don't worry I won't mate

I'll never forget you taking all the yoof on in a stop off pub on the way to Northwich one away day in a pool contest . You wiped the floor with us all !

Terrible news to wake up to. I went to school with Peter but really knew him through Alty. I remember many occasions and incidents, most of which should go with him rather than be retold here. I remember some great days going away full of laughs and the occasional bit of scary stuff. Rest in Peace big fella, keep an eye on Alty and I hope the fishing is good up there. Goodbye Looie.

Never met him but shared a few conversations on here and the Radio Robins chat room.  I know we shared a love of Katy cider he once posted

"The only problem i have with Katy is its too bloody strong and very moorish. it creeps up on you after a gallon and minces yer brain cells and memory and  you start to talk a load of sh*te .

i can only assume northwich fans have been into the phenomenom that is katy for a long time!"

Still talking after a gallon - I was gone after two pints of katy!

To appear friendly even via a keyboard is rare, RIP friend.

Was only talking about him before the Crewe friendly. Didn't properly know him, but knew of him from the early days. Always a larger than life figure. Always took the lighthearted approach in life, on the forum and latterly in the RR chat room; if only more could adopt his approach.

RIP

I hope and trust he got a fitting send off.
