Link I saw there via their Twitter seems to suggest so ‘bar will be open for both sets of supporters before, during and after the game’. Admittedly not seen anything from our side yet so could be mistaken.

That incorrect and misleading piece of information is still appearing on their website.

Cheers, I've just given them a nudge and suggested they alter it slightly.

So, definitely no Poole or Hancock, White must be a doubt. Hopefully Densmore will have come the reserve match ok and be available.

On paper we should turn them over but it's going to a rejigged front 6.

Altrincham 2-0 FCUM (Hulme, Harrop)

He went 433 against Spennymoor again didnt he? Not sure if thats just reserved for away games. I think I'd quite like to see Peers given a start at this point, in No10 or out wide.

I never want to see that midfield three play on the same team together again.

Zero creativity from them and left the centre backs so exposed for their second goal.

Quicker Pool gets back the better

Send that lazy diving unfit useless guy back to port vale bring back sean miller and rocca play simon richman at least when williams disappears after 30 mins and fu*^/"ing sort the defence out.
Losing to bottom of the league plastic sh*te is not acceptable and watching 600 plastic fans going mad was as embarassing as that 2nd goal.
Unacceptable!

Very disappointing that we had loads of possession but the final ball was so frequently poor.
Ringo was injured in the warm up which is why midfield was as it was.

1. We hadn't lost, they hadn't won. Always likely to happen.
2. Three out of the back four hadn't started this season (correct me if i'm wrong). Always likely to happen.
3. Still giving away cheap free kicks on the edge of the box.
4. Still can't defend set pieces. (You feel every free kick is going to lead to a goal, even if its from the resulting corner)
5. Same as last season against stubborn teams, taking too long to get the ball forward so the defence fills up.
6. First game the other team has looked fitter at the end (ok, I wasn't at Spennymoor)
7. Poor across midfield and defence for the second goal. Far too much space given.
8. Their defence looked fresh, hardly surprising as haven't done anything all season.

Agree. Terrible final ball. JJ must have over hit it around 15 times. He had so much room to compose himself but kept trying to get it across first time. Love the lad though, just a poor night.

FCUM rapidly becoming our ultimate bogey team. Classic Alty, big crowd in, home side favourites, away side struggling-we all know the rest by now.

Averaging 2 goals a game conceded thus far and it’s pretty obvious we have an issue on set pieces particularly. Especially galling tonight with on paper our strongest defence, though they all need more time in their legs given 3 of them missed out on much of pre-season.

Still a reasonable start to the season and no need to panic yet but need to iron out these defensive issues.
