Reckon it was a pen on the night and still reckon there was contact.
The fail on their 1st goal was our man on the post moved away from the post!
However, with more zeal in their half, we could have had the game won by half time.

That's been the story of late. We create a barrow load of opportunites and sometimes we convert them sometimes we don't.

I have watched it a few times and I am struggling to see the contact . Looked more like he lost his footing to me . It did not appear to be simulation though

Great highlights as per, my take:

1. Daniels pen inconclusive even on replay but that would deffo have been given another night-arguably bad luck for us then
2. If the man on the post stays on the post then Dickensons header is cleared
3. TT no chance with the second goal for me, excellent finish. More the complete freedom of our midfield to allow him to stride through and take the shot
4. We still created a lot in and around their box but need to get more men in there to support Hulme.

If you keep viewing after the highlights and Brian's chat with Neil Sorvel, there is a very interesting interview by Southport's media with Liam Watson after their 4-0 defeat at Chorley. Safe to say he doesn't hold back. Absolutely rips into the players...

It's shades of us two seasons ago. He's stuffed basically. Anybody decent is already signed up. A rant like that will result in him losing the dressing room. Cue the fitting of the revolving door!

Yeah shocking closing down but TT needs to side step a couple then dive. Doesn't move his feet often.

Very poor goals to concede.

Bit upset it didn't show when Chris Parkes went to kick a replacement ball on and hit PP .
