Top of the league ? Your having a laugh.....
Another top performance by the lads today. BPA were made to look ordinary by our boys.
I'm hoping for a home tie against a top half Conference team in the next round because we are playing really well and it could be a good yardstick as to where we are at.

Brackley away and Telford @  Home are the next two games.
I reckon there respective managers will be more concerned than PP & NS
Let's get to Brackley and get a result....

Sod that. Pickering or Ramsbottom at home next.

By the time these lads play a Conference side, they'll be ready.

Totally controlled the game for the first 60 mins , dominating possession and disheartening their players. Some of them were visibly frustrated. The way we won the ball back at speed was impressive. We are in brilliant form at the moment, pleasure to watch Parkys alty these days.

I bet BPA are getting a bit sick of us! The next 2 games are absolutely vital. Brackley and Telford are very good sides. 4-6 points from those games and we are seriously in with a shout in this league.

From a 2010 ground grading report done :-

The playing area measures at 68.6m x 103m which is within the required standard.

http://www.altrinchamfc.co.uk/groundgrading.htm

A rudimentary measure using google maps puts their pitch at 100m x 63.8m

Funny this should come up - I was actually thinking at the York game that the touchline seems further from the advertising boards, thought we'd actually gone narrower...?

on one of the recent pitch relayings the turf was taken out to the fence in some places covering the narrow shale running track, especiall in front of the CSH. that might give the impression that the white lines had moved.
