https://www.yorkpress.co.uk/sport/17221458.alex-bray-is-an-electric-addition-to-york-city-ranks/

Couldn’t make it last night, but the locals have a spring in their step following the new additions and a decent showing in the Cup at Swindon. I was at the recent BPA game and it was pretty even up to the sending off that resulted in the opening goal from the penalty spot. I think it’ll be much tougher than their form might suggest.

Our record against York makes for depressing reading, but given that they couldn't beat Chester last night at home, we ought to be good enough on Saturday.

Should be another good game, we can beat anyone in this league on our day. I have every confidence the team will be up for this.

Come on you Robins

Our goal scoring record is massively better than theirs so I'm hoping for another win. Looking forward to this and the return leg. Easy to get from York so they ought to bring a few supporters

Last time York came 444 in the away played on a Tuesday Police intel up to the match suggested no more than 100
would travel. Bit of trouble at the end with 2 stewards injured, Hope the club have enough resources in place
for Saturday.

Guessing Richman will come in for Harrop, hopefully Poole gets on the bench.

Alty 2-0 York. Hulme, Jones. Attn 1006.

Should be segregated

Yes it needs to be segregation.
It was expensive but I was impressed with how quickly you could get booze at Chester.
As said many times, place a bottle bar at the away end.

With plenty of moves in and out, York seem to have tightened up their defence, but still can't score, as shown by their 0-0 draw with Chester, so I will go for a 1-0 home win in front of 1675.

It's on the official website. Match is segregated. Hobgoblin blonde bought in as a guest beer. Tasty but I'm having a dry November so more for everyone else.

Much as I hate the idea of segregation - it goes against everything I want as a spectator at a football match - it does make sense in certain circumstances. Games against ex-Football League clubs are prime candidates for segregation, so for York on Saturday I think, much as I regret the necessity, it's the logical move.

Main Stand wont be segregated......

About time away supporters wanting to sit down we allocated an area within the stand.

Hopefully not many away supporters will come into the stand.

Ah, cheers.

Will be a big miss, make things happen by looking / passing forward at every opportunity, great player to watch.

Play like we did last Sat and we’ll cruise it, looking forward to it.
