Very good and i think he is spot on, ithink sometimes when you play someone who has a particular style you get sucked in and try to copy, perhaps we got far too complacent.  Like the desire to be in the playoffs.  The biggest disappointment for me was the way we played, lost our way and never looked like getting it back.  I would like us to develop a completely different style when the first just doesnt work, i suppose that requires full time training but switching to a 3 at the back or a 442 the odd time might shake it up a bit

PP is right about players being tired.  JJ looked tired I would love to know what mileage that lad puts in each game, most of it at full pelt.

GK  change and another Striker a priority at least the lads will be able to freshen up with a blank Saturday.

Honest interview, he can see what needs to be done. Lets hope he works it out with the players and any new recruits sooner rather than later.

Personally I think there is not enough competitiveness for key places as last season, hence we become samee if you see what I mean.

The trophy game lost us momentum linked with the loss of Owen and Hemmings. Also with Pooley being out most of the season we're lacking quality to freshen up. Also Tom going didnt help.

Lots of work to do but it can be achieved.
