Hope they don't come for Hancock.

Is he the teacher? Must have been a difficult decision, good luck to the lad.

I have heard (as we seem to say on here)  that he has had a five year sabbatical from the school, which obviously makes the decision easier.
Arranging this was what caused the delay in the deal being announced.

maybe we can have him on loan when he finds he can't slot into the first team.

Personally I would prefer if the club steered away from loan signings there is no longevity in it and I feel it isn't helpful . We missed Dale straightaway when he went back to Crewe.

Ashley Hemmings played his part too. Need to get him signed if Fylde aren't going to use him.

Hemmings would be a quality signing and exactly what we need to strengthen that side on a more permanent basis. Whether he's available or not is another question but I note he hasn't been in their squads for the play-off run. Closer to home, we could do a lot worse than looking at Dylan Vassallo who has continued to impress at Warrington. Ramsbottom's Nic Evangelinos is also supposed to be highly rated. Either way, we definitely need to be looking at securing a permanent left winger this season rather than relying on loans again.

Isn't Hemmings on a two year deal at Fylde  meaning they would have to cancel his contract
