Really enjoyed that, in-depth & detailed look at what makes PP tick as a boss.

One thing I took out of it was his belief that for the club to truly progress we need to go full time and that was a motivating factor in signing his 3 year contract. He’s right of course but how we go about doing that I’ll be interested to see.

Agreed. One thing I interpreted from it was that we can't go full time under our current business model. Time will tell as to what changes.

Was interesting also to read his thoughts on how our media approach has changed.

Great to see such progressive, ambitious words coming from our manager, but with a healthy dose of pragmatism and common sense too.

Part of the business model needs to be about tidying the ground up. Some parts are getting a bit tatty. And I'm being kind.

The Stalybridge model of cheap FT players didn't work; seems the most sensible option would be following Stockport's model of half FT, half PT which I think they're continuing with next season.

It has to be done  with a competitive budget definitely not the Stalybridge model .
