A man whose dedication to bettering the opportunities for non-league clubs was practically unrivalled. Without his efforts heaven knows where we'd be today.

A truly decent man who loved non league football, and like some of his predeccesors as Chairman at Alty, went on to be a highly influential figure in English football. RIP Mr King
