Was it to be played on the Tuesday before the FA Cup game at Portsmouth - if so it was moved to give Alty more prep time for the big match.

I was looking forward to two games in three days against the bottom two clubs to hopefully kickstart a rapid climb up the table.

With hindsight probably a good job it was shifted. Would have been called off anyway if its raining as hard in Hale as it is in Stockport right now.
