No input from the man himself but the full-page article does include some interesting observations from both Stuart Coburn and Shaun Densmore.

Alas, the author of the piece commits a howler by incorrectly stating that Graham Heathcote scored Alty's goal against Everton at Goodison Park back in January 1975 (and he oddly omits any mention of GH's penalty at Anfield in January 1981).

He also refers to GH as a winger and Alty as amateurs. Other than that...

Indeed. That reference to Alty as being amateurs is mortifyingly slipshod.   

I found it particularly odd that there were no contributions from GH. Either he wasn't asked or he declined to participate.
