We were indeed completely outplayed by a very very good team. It'd be hard to be too critical of a team so decimated by injuries. The lads could easily have just folded but to their great credit they laboured on. A nil is a nil though and I think it's going to take fresh blood to bring some goals.
Not impressed by the streaming or commentary though I'm sorry to say.

are alty tv commentators not allowed to criticise altrincham players?

Have to agree.

I presume that our online shop is now selling rose-tinted spectacles?

They were far superior to us and settled into cruise control after the second goal.

Same here - last few mins of first half got stop-start streaming, then first 10 mins of second half it stopped altogether. Other than that it was good! Appreciate there will be a steep learning curve in setting these new things up, maybe people will be less quick to criticise other clubs live coverage now.

As for the game we paid the price for 2 defensive blunders in first 20 mins and another injury to a key player.
Still worryingly toothless up front. Peers was the best of our forwards, team needs more quality in final third to score goals though.

Other than then 10 minute issue,. By far the best stream of the season (head and shoulders about Weymouth).

Wealdstone was excellent too. But no excuse for full time clubs not to have a mustard stream

Sorry fellas.

Agree. I found the constant talking quite annoying so turned the sound down. Is the same commentary used for Radio Robins? If so, maybe that explains the constant need to fill air time, but it's still incredibly irritating.

Maybe i'm too blinkerd but if i were at the ground watching us get beaten and i had opposition fans near-by telling me how good they were or how sh*t we were it would annoy me, i'm seeing it for myself and don't want somebody rubbing salt in, if just listening to radio robins its different because there drawing the picture for me

Apart from the first trial live stream, we now have two separate commentary teams for ALTYTV Live and Radio Robins. Radio Robins now broadcast from their original commentary position at the back of the  main stand.
