Best time could be when the opposition manager is handed the opponent’s team sheet an hour before kick off.

I'd be more confident of their recoveries if we'd been the instigators of their return to Crewe rather than Crewe calling them back.
Actually, they only called back Billy so it could be Williams and Mooney nearly there?
