Do they still use referee observers at this level. They certainly need to.

I thought Tom Piers was poor. He lost the ball and made no attempt to try to win it back for their first goal. He just looks uninterested for so much of the game. Granted he took his goal well but by contrast when Kosylo loses the ball he's like a terrier trying win it back to make up for his mistake.

How on earth did Brian Flynn and John Edwards so completely misread the sending off of Connor Hampson?!

Like the team, they've also been below their usual high standards so far this afternoon.

They both explained that they were over the other side of the pitch and admitted they hadn’t seen it. It’s not easy when it’s happening in real time with a limited view in fairness to them.

I'm not saying that it's an easy job (and I do usually enjoy their Alty TV commentaries) but what perplexed me was that they both seemed to have a complete blind spot to the fact that the referee had awarded the free kick to Boreham Wood and, therefore, was likely to issue a second yellow card to Hampson, which he duly did.

As much as I like Kosylo, just how many times already this season has Parkinson had to withdraw him because he is on a yellow card and has become a red card waiting to happen?

Such a frustrating waste of a good player, who is rather letting his teammates down in this respect.

Can’t argue with you Cult.. it’s not the first time he has been hooked. We at least kept going today and got a couple back.   Positive from the negative..

Does Thompson's yellow card for dissent today now leave him facing an imminent suspension?

Bad luck for Ryan but Tom has to come on switched on. Bad misunderstanding with Sutton but he still has to do something to put their forward under pressure. He never looks interested in marking anyone as far as I can see. I'm afraid I've lost patience with him.

when connor made the tackle that got him sent off,did their smith get booked ? just before connor had his treatment as this was on the text reports
28: Boreham Wood have their second goal of the game. Tshimanga is there to turn the ball home from six yards out. To make matters worse, Hampson received his second yellow card of the game. We are down to ten men. 0-2
27: Kane Smith receives a yellow card after a very late challenge on Hampson. The defender is down receiving treatment. 0-1
because he got carded a bit later on in the first half according to the live feed,if that was correct then he should have had a red for a second yellow also.

In hindsight, I think Densmore should have replaced Colclough and Senior play as a winger.

It will be interesting to see team selection on Tuesday.

We need to get back to a run of good luck.

Let's hope Hanks and Mooney are back. Also, he's got to give Piggott a start sooner or later, surely?
