Not a big fan of squares pegs in round holes.

                 Thompson

Senior    Zuma    Mularkey   Hampson

                Moult      Smith

   Kosylo     Hancock     Colclough

       Ceesay/Harrison/Hardy/me mum

If we stick with the tried and tested formation (which we will) I have no idea who the best option is up top.
Would be great to score a well worked team goal (or several) rather than a worldie

Woking 2-1 Alty (Colclough)

I agree with the above team. Defo think Hampson should come back in.

I feel Hardy deserves some minutes. I would go Hanks up top with Hardy No.10. Simply because I feel Hanks would be stronger at holding the ball up.

If we ever played Hancock up top (which we seemingly won't), surely it would have to be Kosylo in 10? He almost plays a free role much of the time anyway, would make sense for him to do that from 10, and have the likes of Hardy out wide.

Agree with the consensus that Josh should play up front. At this point, what's the harm in trying?

                         Hancock

   Colclough         Kosylo            Hardy

                   Moult      Smith

Hampson    Zouma      Mullarkey   Senior

                        Thompson

I would also really like to see Smith push further forward. Far be it for me to tell good footballers what they should be doing, but I do think Smith has been playing so deep lately. In the second half against Hartlepool he was practically on the King George car park. Let Moult do his job and push up to effect the game with Kosylo etc, may help our attacking fortunes.

So given so many want Hancock up front tonight, are Gibson and Piggott both still unavailable?
Missed that.

I heard Gibson’s injury was unfortunately worse then first thought, so I wouldn’t expect to see him tonight. The Alty forwards 20/21 Bermuda Triangle curse strikes again. On a side note there’s definitely a long essay for John Laidlar to write on all the forward players we’ve signed this season. It’s so hard to keep up.

If that's the case by  the end of  months loan he  might still be  injured

So you're saying we might not see him again? 😲🤯
