For those who are old enough to remember the BT TV adverts from the 1990s onwards... "It's good to talk"!
Well, it would be nice if someone from the club could update fans on the injury status of players not playing...

We know Adarbioyo has been out most of the season and White out rest of season, plus assume Gibson loan not renewed due to injury, but where are the following players who don't even make bench today - injured/dropped/rested?

Hampson
Dens
Sutton
Zouma
Smith
Mooney
Kosylo
Adarbioyo

Gibson - assume loan ended
White - out for season
Plus anyone else i've forgotten

Any update would be appreciated... PLEASE!

Is it so vital to have this info? If players are fit to play, then they will be picked in the match day squad by Parky if that’s what he decides to do.

Personally, I’m not too fussed to know if someone will be fit to play in 4 weeks time. Only counts if they are picked to play or at least be on the bench.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion... i agree that whether a player is available or not is irrelevant as Parky will pick the team from those available to him... however, from a personal point of view (and maybe some other fans too) it would be nice to know what's actually wrong with the likes of Smith, Kosylo, & Mooney amongst others...

Especially Smith & Kosylo who's attributes we especially miss... Smith is the heartbeat of the team & him along with Senior & Colclough are probably the ones in contention for Player of the Season (imho)...

It is not the end of the world not knowing this info and wont change the team Parky sends out, but i would personally like to know is Smith (for example) will be back next game or out for a while or even all season...

I personally think fans of teams at all levels & in all sports would rather know what's going on with players of teams they support (from conversations with mates over the years)... again only a personal view & it's upto the Management if they wish to disclose such information... i wont loose sleep over not knowing this info... life goes on... and Alty will put XI out on Saturday whatever happens...

I also think fans of any team love trying to pick the starting XI of team they support before the manager does (from players available) as seen by weekly match threads when several try to predict our team... knowing who's fit helps... the picking of a team is one thing that always create debate amongst fans...

However, my life will go on not knowing this info... Parky's team is the only one that counts & as fans we support whoever wears the shirt that Parky sends out onto the field...

It would be great for us to know who is and who isn't available pre-game, it would also be handy for the opposition though.
