Is it likely to mean an extra evening or morning training? or some of the squad being full time and others part time ?

I would have thought mostly the former but with the close season signings, some of the latter.

With this sort of thing I always assume the younger lads are more likely to go full-time, whereas the likes of Sutton, Hannigan, Moult, Richman etc will stay part-time until they roll off the club's books.

More likely that the older lads have solid careers outside football too (e.g. Hancock).
