Just to add, I thnk we're at our best when Little,O'niel and senior are in the side and one drifts out left whilst the other two stay in the middle, four away wins on the bounce gives testament to that,so I hope thats how we start, if not, then pottsy needs to start on the right hand side, with lawton and sedgemore or owen in the middle.I realise the need for cover at the back, but robbie played his best games at centre mid last season, and we MUST create chances this year and in Potts,Peyton, whalley we have three blokes who can cross the ball,we need to take full advantage of that.

We looked at our most dangerous when Senior came on on Saturday. His pace and tenacity were tremendous and gave us an extra dimension in attack.

I agree that Senior improved us and his speed and tenacity is valuable but still cant decide who hes best with in a partnership
Thought he played really well with little at morecambe last year but maybe thats not really the right combination at home
Think senior rod and joe can all play up front or on the wing, preferably joe up front

Given that we don't have the foggiest idea what our lineup will be, I can only assume that Exter are in for a surprise one way or another on Saturday!!  :)

That team on Saturday was so full of red herrings it was unbelievable!

Whoever is up front with Colin, he needs to get well into double figures for the season if we're to have a decent chance of staying up.
I'd like to think that could be Joe but I'd settle for it being Matty Berkeley (or anyone else actually).
Whilst we have needed a quality left back (and still do) I think that is the critical step forward we need to make.

Nevertheless,if we can get more regular service to the front men and VARY the way we play it up to them - something we were incapable of doing last year for long periods - we've got a chance.
Roll on Saturday, and Come on you Robins!

That's really weird, the way you and some people when putting the team down like that put the left back down first. i.e. you go

GK

LB
CD
CD
RB

LW
CM
CM
RW

CF
CF

I do it the same but always go the other way around, e.g.

RB
CD
CD
LB

My first instinct is to go right first, I basically go as if I am facing the team from behing the goal, you do it as Stuart Coburn.

If i was going across I'd go Lane, Tinson, ROse, Peyton.

Is it wierd or am I jsut ebing odd and boring?

Not really. Most people put the right side of the field before the left.
I think it's because that's the way the numbering goes.
i.e. right back = 2; left back = 3. etc.,

I was thinking exactly the same thing
I always go from right to left, but at the end of the day
WHO GIVES A DAMN
COME ON ALTY

And in reference to our second striker getting into double figures, whilst it is essential i worry that with such a variety (little senior o'niel rod berkely etc) it will be hard for one striker to settle and score that many.

Peyton felt ready to play last monday, apparently, resting him after a knock and taking no chances in pre-season is sensible, same with sedge if he is carrying a slight twinge or knock.
