I am so glad he has got into the England team and has proven he is world class. I said he should have been in the squad for germany 2006, but he wasnt and he has been long over due a call up. I hope he stays in the team and replaces Lampard who isn't that great for England.

Squad player at best, like Neville (Phil) good to cover a few spots not much more. When the rest of the midfield are fit he's nowhere near the starting line up.

squad player when the rest of the midfield (hargreaves, Carrick) are back. Dont think hes as dispensible as Phil Neville though.
