the club has had a meeting to-day with the police, trafford council and a representitve of the f.a. and everything is looking great
stewarding will be well manned.  extra facilities will be put in place.  no movement of fans from one end of the ground to the other
with disabled being the exception at the away end.  keep watching   c'mon the alty

Any decision on where the segregation will be? Surely must be extended to the the half way line to take the sting out of the bravado.

Will it be the usual red n white plastic tape for the segregation?

(Fond memories of its effectiveness last boxing day)

Is it just me that's trying to imagine Skipper stewarding in the away end?

Millwall will be that stunned at some of our stewards they will just stand there and clap their team.

I can see our skipper now, flanked by two coppers in full robocop outfits, with just his denim stabvest on.

Not a pop at anyone as we all do our bit, but at least Skipper has given up the time not only to be a Steward but also to undertake all the training neccessary, as indeed have a good number of other people.

over the past 3yrs and indeed the past 6mths skipper and the rest have come on a bit and indeed hold a N.V.Q.LEVEL 2 certificate for stewarding a sports event and crowd control.

It was only a light hearted joke.

I'm well aware that our stewards are trained and give up their time for the entrance fee. And I've a lot of time for skipper, steve and the lads.  They are 100% Alty.
