Totally agree that the goal was not Scottys fault. However, he did lose possession a couple of times in the first half leaving the defence horribly exposed. His confidence is low and he needs a break. Robbie and Warren ran their arses off yesterday and I won't have a word said against either of them. I didn't think Cliff Akarung (or whatever his name was) was an outstanding player for them, but boy could we do with someone like him up front for us right now. There's a big lad called Evans scoring for fun at Skem United. I know it's a completely different level, but surely that is what we need. Aaron Burns is scoring a few at FC United and with his credentials would probably be able to do a job for us too. We are close and we must take heart from that at least, but things have got to be done soon if we are to have any chance of staying in this league.
