Spend about £1000000 on the ground but keeping its character (no lego stands) take us full time but keeping the right people involved to run it professionally, hopefully these two main adjustments would attract 1500 home fans to Moss Lane and see us with a chance of competing at the top half of the Conf Prem.

Create a five year plan to establish the club as full time and then eventually challenge for the conference, slowly piece by piece I would build the infrastructure to sustain full time football.  Cut gate prices to £5 and seat the middle section of the popular side.  Invest in youth training and build an education centre in the ground.  Sign lots of promising young players with the plan of creating a long term stable side (like histon) who have played together for years.  Once in the football league try to establish the club as a top div2 or low div1 team, then look for a further investor as 15M probably wont go too far beyond div 1.
Oh and change the kit back to black and red stripes

Of course is it only me that has spent my lottery winnings before the draw, every week, my master plan used to involve rotating the ground by 90 degrees so that larger seating stands could be built however I have had to revise this dream after the sale of the carpark.

Id agree with an earlier post, put 10m in the bank and use the interest as wages, then i would look at signing some players on as full time. I would then leave that lot for a year, while bringing in quality young players to replace old ones. Then, I would let this squad gel and rise up the table, thus increasing fans and lining my pockets. As a fan, i would drop prices to 9 and 3(pounds), and, also for the benefit of some, hire gemma atkinson for the burger van.

being serious i would drop the money into a high interest account 15 mil makes £19,903 a week on a 6.9% intrest account. that is the sort of budget that pays for your dobsons your fleetwoods and leave funds for your peytons and your lawtons to build a squad loyalty. i would make all the terraces like the popular sides middle bit. if we start to see success and promotion i would re-locate us. not far but there are a few locations within a 3 mile radius of ML which would work. oh and i'd look into buying the VS, just cause i could!
