DROYLSDEN GAME
Altrincham FC Security Officer, Darren Gregory writes: "Saturday's match at Droylsden will be segregated. Visiting supporters are requested to use the entrance on Greenside Lane - please note this is a standing only section. Parking at the ground is restricted and be aware to look for and read any signs on side roads to avoid being booked".

I think it will be 5-4 to Droyslden. Missis Potts to win Totesport Trophy now that the ground is not soft enough for last years winner, Heathcote.

It'll be just like '78 (I think!) all over again!

2-0 to the Supers and Bloods fans sloping off home with 10 minutes to go disillusioned by it all.  ::)

First time I've been correct all season!

Fantastic team AND support!

Come on you Supers ...

Now let's do the same to Farsley (Although a 1-0 to Alty will do for me!)

I am being honest here, you were not a super team today. Both teams were very poor today, it is just our lackluster marking cost us.

I think it was a dull game, and that no team was super.

Mr blood, you are correct, the game was dull. I can say that was not the best performance bu us this season but at this time of year the results are what count.

Like you we are just looking to survive

Not the greatest of games but I always felt that Alty would win.  King man of the match today and Coburn did well but other than that no one stood out today (it really doesn't matter - 3pts!)

I'm sorry Bloods fan, I'm usually fairly gracious towards the opposition, but I think you are wrong. Banim of course was magnificent (despite the fat boy jibes) and Denham gave JJ a few scares in the first period, but that aside, you were very, very poor. We certainly weren't great in what was a dour game, but still superior to Droylsden in practically every single department. The two lads I've mentioned, have up until today, given you an outside chance of survival, but not now.

I think it was a dull game, and that no team was super.

I have been using the word "supers" to denote Altrincham FC since 1967 and, just because we are going through a patch where we are not exactly carrying all before us, I see no reason to change that now.

Finally, we might not be Super at the moment, but we took 6 points off you this season despite all the pre-season hype from Davio Pacello.

It's not like me to have a go at opposition supporters coming on here but all the Alty fans know the context of my use of the word "super" - the interlopers, and their mis-readings, don't.

Come on you SUPERS!
