4 wins will keep us up (I think!) That's every home game then.

I think we'll get nine points, 2 wins and three draws...thereby finishing on 41 points and fourth bottom  :'(
If I were an optimist though I'd say we can beat Crawley, Stafford, Weymouth and pick up draws against Grays and Kiddy and therefore stay up.

I feel we need 46 points. 4 wins and 2 draws. Best chance is to win at home to Crawley, Stafford and Salisbury and away at Grays. Draws at Kidderminster and Ebbsfleet. Job done. No doubt it will turn out completely different. Don't want to go to Weymouth needing points to stay up.

Someone 'expolerated' ??? (spelling !) the league tables last year in the run up to end of season, it was really good, gave you a good idea of who was doing what. Be good if it was done again

EXTRAPOLATED FINAL PLACINGS:

Altrincham
Weymouth
--------------------
Farsley
Northwich
Stafford
Droylsden

Is that any help?  :D

Based on John's points projection, we are going down. Obviously, Weymouths and Farsleys games in hand will have an impact on the final outcome:

Weymouth        42
Farsley             42
------------------------------
Altrincham        41
Northwich         31
Stafford            26
Droylsden         18

Missing out by 1 point again!!!

Nonsense.
That would mean we're only going to win nine more points this season - we'll have 4 to six more by this time next week!
Wins over Stafford and Weymouth gives us 10, and we're bound to pick up the odd surprise result or two on the run in.
44 points at least by the end of the season.
Just keep positive, keep believing, keep supporting and we'll do it with a point or two to spare.

Only eleven more points for me I'm afraid - which I fear will not be enough: and how do we want the Farsley v Weymouth match - and the Weymouth v Farlsey match to go.  I think we'd prefer one of them to do the double over the other - plunging one into despair but saving the other.  Otherwise, if both teams pick up points, they begin to close the gap on us!

Extrapolation of home and away seperately is really really tight

Weymouth 42 points Goal Difference -28
Altrincham 41 points Goal Difference -30
Farsley Celtic 41 points Goal Difference -31

But in fact Alty have fewer points than Farsley - 40.9 points compared to 41.4 (and 41.8 for Weymouth).

We need another 0-6 somewhere for Weymouth!

My balls are tired and have never looked less crystaline in all my natural. Even buffing them up for a good session brings no joy at this juncture.

All predictions are meaningless and all bums will be very squeaky from hereon in.

Weymouth Away
Salisbury Away
Northwich Away
Burton HOME
Weymouth HOME

Torquay Away
Droylsden HOME
Oxford Away
FGR HOME
York Away
Grays HOME

:) Thats our run-in.

We really should get 13 there minimum... hopefully many more.

The fact that Farsley and Weymouth have to play each other twice in the run in could well have a massive effect on things, two 0-0 draws would probably go well for us!

I think 13 points for Farsley is about right looking at those fixtures. I think we'll pick up 13 points as well looking at our remaining games which would be fine for us.
