Common sense says they don't have a chance but given the FA's track record in matters of common sense I don't know what to think!

Tomorrows appeal is all about damage limitation, they know they wont be admitted to the conference national, they are just trying avoid taking such a big drop and are hoping for a place in the highest league the FA will let them enter.

I don't see how it can be successful as they didn't come to an agreement with the creditors within the timescales set out by the FA!?

Surely it should be as simple as that!?

It just can't be.

Baffled why the £2 million quid debt is not mentioned anymore.

Meeting put back from 2pm to 2.45.

Must be a lot of arguing the toss behind the scenes?

Wonder what it means. We'll find out soon enough I suppose.

The Halifax Town hearing is still ongoing. Neil Kempster has confirmed that the Pilgrims have been assured that they will be dealt with ‘today’ apparently.

How long can it take to say "these are the rules you signed up to:

“A Club will not be eligible for membership of the Competition for the following season if by the second Saturday in May in the current season it shall be subject to an Insolvency Event.”

and that what you were and indeed still are?

I don't get it?

Seems like there's more than the usual amount of chicanery and sh*thousery going on behind closed doors down there!
It does make you wonder what the bargaining position could possibly be.

Time to recall Moules from Ebbsfleet - he'd sort it all out for us!  :)

Halifax Town's appeal hearing at Soho Square is still ongoing as fans and club officials alike wait anxiously to find out at what level the Shaymen will be playing their football next season.
News of the FA decision will appear here once the meeting is over.
