as a vics fan for more than 30 years or so,I can not wait for the match on boxing day just hope we can give you boys a good game.will be nice to some old vics players like val owen who I thought was a really good player for the vics, also peter band who was with us for just one season but did a solid job for us.think we will bring around 500 to 700 fans at least we should do,one concern for me is our back four they are way to slow even worse than stafford ;) so good luck for rest of season apart from you play us ;D. just hope there will be no trouble.

For the Good Of The Game  ;) .. have to somehow get Muscial Instruments banned from Moss Lane  ;D ;D well just from football full stop really.

I'm sure a drumstick is an offensive weapon .. A drum is certainly very offensive

Personally I will be hoping for 2,200 - 2,500.

Vics should bring 500 (as you said) and a good home support , we've been getting over 1,000 now (without any away support) plus no preimership footy and people being bored inbetween xmas.

Maybe I should hope for 2,000 but really want 2,000+

Think the premiership are playing this year!  Man U at home.

I expect  500-600 from Vics and 1100-1300 Alty so

1600-1900.

I'll be suprised if you bring 500 but extremely grateful! 300 is more likely and 1200 Alty more realistic with all the small teams in the prem having local fixtures. None the less i'm sure it will be the best atmosphere at Moss lane for some time! can't wait!

I know you say this is a big derby game, which of course it is, but i would still have Macc town any day. Thats no disrespect just the way i feel. What do you vics fans think of our milkmen neighbours? Who would you prefer?

I'd imagine Vics v Witton and Alty v Macc Would be the perfect Xmas Fixtures for both teams ?

I'm afraid the atmos might be ruined by Vics Drum. Hate fans who need musical instruments to make noise (as i'm sure everyone knows). We could always hijack it outside the ground ... uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrmmmmmmmmmmmm There's an idea !

Pete Hughes was dressed in a removals outfit on saturday maybe he could bungle a load of them into his pickfords van and park it up in Macc!

On second thoughts only after they've all paid to get in!

Sorry Pete, I actually quite liked the coat!

One of lifes little mysteries.
I Just wonder why someone thought bringing a musical instrument to a fotoball match would be a good idea. Its not like the good ol' days :o)

What's next shaking hands with Macc  fans and living in one happy footballing community ... YIP !

why are drums allowed and not air horns

Because they can potentialy damage hearing and be used as a weapon...... oh sorry thats the air horns >:( drums dont damage hearing as they dont omit a loud sound and the drum or the sticks could obviously not be used as a weapon??? ??? ??? ???

Still as clear as mud to me...
