Run out music for the team

Rafo seems to have lost fanfare to the common man is it time for a change any way? How many years has the team run out to fanfare?
Who decides who changes it
1. The manager
2. George
3. Or us the fans

If you could change it what would you like and why?

Can anyone tell me what the tune is that Rafo plays at the end of a game as the players make their way back in.........been meaning to ask for ages and this post now gives me a convenient vehicle to ask such a boring question
