Swansea Confirm Signing

From official Swansea site:

Swansea City have completed the loan signing of highly-rated Accrington Stanley midfielder Ian Craney.
The 24-year-old completed the customary medical today and will link up with the squad tomorrow in time for Sunday's League One clash with Bristol City at the Liberty Stadium (1.30pm).
Swans boss Kenny Jackett made the move after suffering injuries to central midfielders Darren Pratley, Owain Tudur Jones and Darren Way.
"The loan will run until the end of December,'' confirmed manager Kenny Jackett.
"We are keen to make the loan deal permanent and we have already discussed this with Accrington.
"We will progress the matter further when the transfer window opens on January 1.''
Craney made the move to Accrington from Altrincham in the summer of 2004 and proved the club's outstanding performer as they regained their League status.
His performances also earned him a place in the England non-league international team and secured him the Conference and Non-League Player of the Year awards.
A leader on the field and consistent goalscorer, he has scored 28 goals in 86 appearances for Accrington, including 14 goals last season. He has already chipped in with five League and one cup goal so far this season.
Craney will go straight into the squad for the visit of BristolCity on Sunday - a game that is attracting a bumper crowd with 13,000 tickets already sold.

So we won't know financial details with any degree of certainty until the new year then?

Well done Ian, served us well, obviously served accy well, and hopefully with this money the young lad will serve us well again. He's done more for alty than he could ever imagine, I'm absolutely made up for him!

With Chalmers, Lugsden, Hendley and co. at alty we're becoming a prototype for how non-league clubs should operate, it's a proud day to be an Alty fan!
