We were talking on the coach about how the Trophy has lost it's appeal.Personally,it hasn't for me,and with all the ex league clubs not fussed about it,I think we have a geniune chance in it,if we get a bit of luck in the draws. And it's 100k to the winners, that would clear a large part of directors debts.

My heart says a midtable Unibond, low Conference North side at home,my head says Morecambe or Burton away.

Another tough draw, is that 4 all conferenece ties on the spin now when plenty of lower league sides were available- at least we're at home (I was hoping for Worcester or Nuneaton away but there you go).

Morcambe v York and Weymouth v Grays look to be the ties of the round

Tough - but very winnable. Probably the worst team I have seen at ML this season in the league.

Tamworth are the worse side in the conference believe it or not! They were hitrocious when they came to us even we are better than Tamworth. Should be an easy game for you lot and good luck, i'd love to knock Altrincham out of the trophy :D. A very friendlly club none of the less  ;D

If we stay up I would hope you stayed up with us. Always attracts one of our biggest attendances and there is some good rivalry there.
