Would be nice for the fans to show GH some vocal support - when was the last rendition of Graham Heathcoate's Red and White Army?!!

Heathcote in
Heathcote out
Heathcote Heathcote shake it all about
We score like Colin Little & we turn around,
That's what its all about

Do the Hokey-Heathcote
Do the Hokey-Heathcote
Do the Hokey-Heathcote
That's what its all about!

I would hope the days of part time players having a few pints of a Friday (or even Saturday lunch.....I've seen it ) remain back in the old days.
SW I remember being mortified as a kid seeing Mickey Moore smoking on his way into the ground before a match back in the '70s!!!

Graham Heathcoate's Red and White Army
Now that would be very fickle and unlike football fans  ;)

You're probably right, but it would be nice just to show him that the dispute of a month ago has been forgotten. If we keep winning I would hope that the fans can sing his name again at some point in the future.

I may start off the song at Weymouth  ;D

Well done to the lads for another fantastic result today.

To the people who are calling for more vocal support for GH - as far as I know he still hasn't apologised for his part in what happened so don't hold your breath for people chanting his name just yet. He's done brilliantly to turn round our fortunes and deserves a lot of credit. However, he is still wrong for not apologising publicly for what he did.

Come on Alty!

I think the last few results are better than any apology. It is time that whole sorry affair was put to bed.

(Have many of the people who were chanting at GH apologised?)

As far as I am concerned now: subject closed.

The performances have set things right from a playing perspective but GH still owes the supporters an apology for his awful behaviour that day.

As far as I'm concerned on the pitch it seems everyone has come out 'top trumps' and can only be happy..

The fans are seeing a winning team (not that it was about the winning but the 'competing')
The management got a response from the players wo are perfoming better for them (and us)
and the players have been set up more attacking so have the freedom to expres themselves more

Its a lovely circle of succes (COS)

What he did was a disgrace irrespective of our good results (which I am over the moon about).

It's my opinion, and that of other people I know, that he should issue a public apology and I'm not going to change my mind about that.

I don't disagree, but a man in his position should have acted more appropriately.

It's just a matter of principle as far as I'm concerned but I agree that we should enjoy this good run.

Still can't believe we've just beaten Oxford - how good is that!  :)
