Derby Day match thread
« on: February 03, 2009, 06:28:46 PM »

I am so up for this. Just wish I could be there, but good luck to all the lads tonight. Give it every last ounce of effort and play like we know you're capable of!

Hark now here, the Alty sing,
The Northwich ran away!
And we will fight forever more,
Because of derby day!

Well we barely had radio coverage against York last week but we muddled through!  :)

I have someone texting me from the game so I'll post updates as I get them.

I am so nervous.

Just hope we do the business tonight, it's going to be tough. We are well capable of winning but we must guard against complacency. Derby games are totally unpredicatable.

Apparently, Dino of Arabia is in attendance tonight.

Or Madman Maamria as he likes to be known.  ;D

Coburn
Smith
McGregor
Young
Lane
Doughty
Hadfield
Lawton
Senior
Banim
Johnson

Subs

Ralph
O'Neill
Danylyk
Denham
Peyton

Senior, Banim and Johnson up front is a potentially mouthwatering lineup! Come on you reds!

let's hope Elam plays like the age of his shirt number 36! Will Vics get to number 50 this season? More players used than points gained looks a cert!
