Could see that coming a mile off. We missed way to many chances!

FT 1-2

On the plus side we made a lot of chances against a decent team. Shame we didn't score more.

Wonder if Banim would have made a difference?

Gutted  :(

I would have been disappointed with a draw as we bossed the game and had several clear cut chances (especially in the first half). Best performance in ages.

Gutted :(

Northwich born & bred he may be, but doesn't look like he'd play for his home team!

& he was the one who gave away the penalty

Hey all Stevenage fan here in peace.

Couldn't get to the match yesterday due to work commitments unfortunatley, but it seemed we were very lucky to win.

Anyway it looks like this could turn out to be a very succesful season for us both - with you acheiving your highest finish for goodness knows how long, and us looking like we could get into the playoffs if we keep up our current form.

Btw, how many Stevenage fans were at the game? Our away support is shocking - but the SA had reduced the cost of coaches, so that may have encouraged a few others to go?

110 was the count through the away turnstiles

Not too bad, considering we usually struggle to take 50 to your place...
