How did Torpey play? Is it worth trying to get him back, or is he totally happy at Halifax.

(And could we afford him?)

He's on a full time contract at Halifax. Two years I think.

I thought on the website it said he had signed 12 months on non contract terms, however he may now have a better deal?

Torpey had a good game, though nearly got wiped out by aspinal (this is the moment the ref magicaly found his cards).
the one complaint a halifax fan would have wiv his performance is that when he was one on one with stuart he took forever to attemp a shot and eventually Karl cleared for a corner.(however i had visions of him scoring all match so at this point i thought bugger)
