Mates thinking of buying a flat there are they ok or is it a bit dodgy?

The flats themselves arent the biggest hence they are pretty cheap but location wise you cant do better for the dosh.

generally they used to be for older folk!!

however that has relaxed over the years!

i have worked on the flats, they are small but fairly solid, i recall the windows were all replaced a few years back.

A fair place to live, i can think of alot worse.
