If you say yes please state how long it should be and how the time should be made up (start the season earlier/end it later/play more midweek games etc)

I am voting no. The weather is not usually this bad and Boxing day and New years day games attract bigger crowds as people try to escape the boredom of Christmas.

I've voted yes,but a break after the festive period for 2-3 weeks (ie play New Years Day,next game in 14 - 17 days time in FA Trophy, then return to league action). Higher up the leagues, it would be FA Cup 3rd round then a break. With so many games in such a short space of time, think everyone from players who are tired to fans who have spent loads attending games would benefit.

I,ve gone yes, but feel it's essential that two games a week is the norm from August to November, and that County Cup competitions should be sidelined until AFTER the break.

ive voted yes as this thread suggested http://www.altyfans.co.uk/index.php?topic=9369.0

its a good idea and is sensible to debate, the very fact the voting isnt a landslide says a lot and i reckon a few players would be up for it
