Brilliant result, when was the last time.....Cambridge I guess.......superb. Hope the school kids today were in good numbers, just the ticket to add a few to the attendance in weeks/years to come.

It was a good day with plenty of positives:-

- To put away all our chances
- Smith was brilliant, his ability to read the game and cover the back 4 is top quality (player of the seaon)
- Great to see Densmore show the form of last season
- It was good to feel a positive, fun atmosphere it had been missing for a while (porbably due to our home form)
- Doran looked very promising and lively-. Kearney seemed to have some proper hunger in the second half which was good to see

Other things i would like to say is that today proved that we can't afford to have Lawon and Danylyk in the same team as they are both players who are there to break up posssion. At this moment i would go with Danylyk.

Also, we have to stick with this 3-5-2 formation and at this moment in time i would start Clee on the left ahead of Doughty.

COME ON ALTY

Well done one and all today!

GH changed it and it paid dividends. He deserves massive credit for this.

Thre were about 20-25 children and adults from Worthington primary school in Sale moor my daughter's (She's the one with the alty scarf) school first time they have seen Altrincham  win. This was there 3rd visit from the school in the past 3 season's. They totally enjoyed it some of them even got invited into the home dressing room at the end to get the players autograph's.

Had to give a lift to Jennifer's Mum to Milngavie, which, for reasons known only to the Scots, is pronounced Mull-guy!

What next, Cholmondeley being pronounced "Chumley?"

The bogs in the Tesco were foul so I had to get a train to Glasgow to find some decent ones! £3.20 well spent!

Go on Flynny! Ha ha ha!   :D

Was that me giving the Assistant Referee some friendly advice that he needed to "learn the rules"?

After last weeks performance this was such an important game.
Well done to all, from the manager to the players. I think this is the best I've felt all season (footballing wise!)
