I saw Trannmere Rovers play at Brenford just before xmas (incidentally Kevin Ellison was in the starting XI for Rovers and unfortunately is a popular target for the boo boys) and the chant in the pub pre match was "What's that comin over the hill, it's Gareth Taylor, its Gareth Taylor". I think Peter Thompson would probably scan better tho :)

Found this on the conference forum

Well all us from Confguide love UKPhil,
We're so glad his mum forgot to take her pill,
Then there is NorthStand with his shoulder of chips,
and Lenny the Lion with Lemon Jelly for dips,

We love ripping Westley, we think it's the best,
And we were first to tell you that Grays will be Next,
Now this is the end of the first Confguide rap,
You're probably thinking that it was quite crap.

have to agree with gaz there. that is a good one, but like gaz, i am a blackadder fan.

would love to hear it sung at moss lane
I actually like that. Then again I am a BlackAdder fan !

But you don't like it enough for a bit of goodwin - nobody loves me, it's because I'm down south  :'( :'(
