NEXT SEASON'S DERBY MATCHES
« on: February 27, 2010, 07:48:49 PM »

Vics amazing 0-3 win at Fleetwood actually leads me to believe they could yet make the playoffs despite their penalty. I hope Southport utilise their games in hand to take the title, and if Vics don't make it we can still hope for Stalybridge or Droylsden.

while it would be nice to have the vics xmas 6 points I do not believe they deserve any success...yet again proof that 10 points deduction is a minor inconvenience rather than punishment for those who carry on and don't pay their bills..

I'd take Southport and Droylsden myself quite happily.

The Conference would do everything in its power to stop such a shambles of a club getting on the playoffs.

I agree with ecky and hope the conference have gained something from the Chester fiasco, we all know the Vics will have the rubber cheque book out again the poor deluded souls  :-\

Watch Sup Joe's Stalyvegas come up on the rails for a play-off win!

Don't Vics have to pay their debts by 31 March or face relegation, irrespective of where they finish ?

It's all made-up as they go along. If they produce some proof that at some stage they might possibly pay back around half of what they owe to some creditors they'll probably be let off.

You can't deny Northwich are good with percentages.....what's 40% of £150,000 Graham?

although they could do better with the very simple sum average gates x admittance fee = full time
